Altic IT records another year of double-digit revenue growth
Altic IT, a provider of IT support services, data platforms, and AI solutions, continues its growth cycle. 2025 was another successful year, marked by 11% revenue growth and a strengthening position in the IT market. Over the past three years, the company's revenue has doubled, while the number of employees has increased by 40%, from 21 specialists to 30 experts.
"Our strategy to outperform the market through service quality, expertise, and speed of response is delivering visible results. Last year, we recorded 11% revenue growth, and what is most rewarding is that most of new clients still chose us based on recommendations," says Marijus Strončikas, CEO of Altic IT.
The main drivers – automation and data platforms
The largest share of the company's results comes from advanced automated IT support, which generates approximately 80% of revenue.
The remaining 13% consists of modern data platforms, which are becoming a critical part of infrastructure for companies seeking to effectively leverage Business Intelligence (BI) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities. In 2025, a significant increase in demand for IT security services was also observed.
"We see a clear shift in the market: clients don’t just need computers that work; they need the data structures that make AI tools possible. Therefore, the modern data platforms we create become the foundation for any innovative company. Combined with the growing importance of IT security, this allows us to offer a wide range of services that ensure our clients' technological advantage," says M. Strončikas.
Efficiency as a catalyst for growth
Although the team has grown to 30 specialists over three years, the company's revenue grew even faster. By consistently investing in the automation of internal processes and modern tools, the goal is to continue increasing IT support productivity.
"Our goal remains the same: to do more with less by constantly increasing operational efficiency. This is directly felt by our clients, who receive top-level expertise services faster and more accurately," summarizes M. Strončikas.
Altic IT is part of the Lithuanian-Swedish corporate group ALTIC. Among the company's largest clients are the State Tax Inspectorate, the Bank of Lithuania, Vilnius City Municipality, Modus Group, MV Group, the Verslo Žinios group, Scandagra, Turto Bankas, Bitė Lietuva, Tele2, Concretus Group, and others.
