Altic IT revenue surpasses €4M, driven by automated IT support services
According to Altic IT CEO Marijus Strončikas, the company continuosly grows faster than the market, with revenues increasing by approximately EUR 1 million each year. This growth is mainly driven by the expanding portfolio of large clients in both the public and private sectors.
"When we started out, we set an ambitious goal – to outperform our competitors in the quality of IT support. And it’s paying off – the past year has been a fruitful one. We strengthened our position in the business and financial sectors and started maintaining critical IT systems for public sector clients. We expanded our cooperation with the Vilnius City Municipality and one of the largest telecommunications providers. We are winning more and more tenders where the key criteria are expertise and service quality. But what we are most proud of is when clients come to us through recommendations – choosing to replace their existing partners. That proves we truly deliver better," says M. Strončikas.
The majority of the company’s revenue last year, 71% came from advanced automated IT support services. The remaining share came from developing data platforms, data analytics systems, AI solutions, and providing high-level IT specialist services abroad.
The number of permanent employees grew to 27 over the year.
"Alongside the growing team, we introduced modern tools to boost IT support efficiency. These helped us grow revenue faster than the headcount. We’re continuing to aim for “doing more with less”, so we will carry on modernizing our operations this year. Our clients will feel the difference. We are also expanding the scope of our IT support services further," adds Strončikas.
